Hi! I'm Alanah—and I love worldbuilding (if you couldn't already tell). For me it's more than cool lore or mystical items—it's how the world functions, how it informs and interacts with every other storytelling element. Even before I knew I wanted to become an editor, I would muse and meditate over the worlds I found myself drawn to the most, which, of course, became the basis of my editing and analysis methodologies. Now that I am an editor, I want to use my platform to share the insights I've come across on my journey, but more importantly encourage critical "consumption" of our entertainment by analyzing whatever book, or movie, or tv show, etc. catches my eye.
Because it really, truly, is that deep.
